Its actually quite simple once you have finished editing your film its time to export it into a QuickTime movie, if you haven’t selected ‘easy set up’ on the final cut pro bar
Then you will need to do this it’s always best to do this at the start.
Now to export your video you do this by going on to file then on to export and you will see to option to export into QuickTime movie.
Once you’ve done this it will ask you to save it in an appropriate place so that it’s easy to find and has enough room on the hard drive.
Now its time to upload your video on to the World Wide Web in this case YouTube. You need an account to do this if you haven’t got on its extremely easy to register, if you have you simply have to click on the ‘Upload’ hyperlink which will take you to the page you need.
Just click the yellow upload icon and it will go into your finder (if your uploading via a apple Mac) now you have to look up your newly converted QuickTime video and double click which will select this video to upload. After this it will give you all the options to name and tag your newly uploaded video this is all labeled on the page and is as easy as pie.
